The highest point of the building has been achieved, and intensive interior works inside the building have commenced, where the team of “Moduls Engineering” has successfully commenced assembly works of internal engineering networks, as well as arrangement of risers. Construction works are scheduled to be completed by August 2023, and the total investments in the project exceed 55 million euro.
After the completion, the “Novira Plaza” project will align with one of the busiest districts of Riga centre, which, together with the renovated railway station and the contiguous “Origo”, will outline a modern business environment in the very centre of Riga.
“Novira Plaza” will be a sustainable Class A office building developed according to the LEED standards, and only top quality materials are used for its construction. The building will be a modern one, with high energy efficient indicators. Design of the office premises has been performed taking into account modern ergonomic technical solutions, providing well-considered functionality of the indoor interior. The business centre will comprise several green areas and developed infrastructure, which is suitable for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers. The first floor of the building will accommodate commercial premises, whereas two underground levels will consist of a car park with a capacity of approximately 200 vehicles, which is a significant aspect in such a central location.
Construction works of “Novira Plaza” are provided, together with “Moduls Engineering”, by the company “Velve”, part of the “MN Holding” corporate group, as the general contractor.
“Moduls Engineering” is part of the JSC (AS) “MN Holding” corporate group. 2022 marks the 28th year of the company’s operation. During these years, the company has grown from a luminaire trader to one of the leading construction companies in the segment of engineering-technical and electrical-technical networks.
