Friday the 13th of August was the perfect day to verify the strength and cohesion of our team! The Moduls Engineering team building event took place in the scenic territory of the guest house “Rezidence Kurzeme”, where employees had to participate in 6 different missions throughout the day. Performance of the task of each mission required the use of skills significant in mutual cooperation. Examinations were aimed at analytical thinking, ingenuity and physical agility.
“Motivated, loyal and competent employees; this is our greatest strength, which we can promote and reinforce through such entertaining and cognitive events. Team building events provide us with the opportunity to meet outside the course of daily duties and strengthen the common spirit of the team. This event also gave us an opportunity to thank those employees who have worked with our company for 10 years and longer, by presenting them with souvenirs. I am satisfied with the day, which was spent well and provided a lot of positive emotions,” said Mr Kristaps Grīniņš, Board Member of Moduls Engineering.
Following the completion of all 6 missions, the 3 teams to achieve the highest score were ascertained, but everybody was in a winning mood regardless of the score gained. The awarding ceremony was closed by greeting the long-time employees. The company has developed a tradition to recognise the employees, who have worked for the company for 10, 15, 20 or 25 years. This year, souvenirs were presented to: Andrejs Puzinovskis, Project Manager (15), Jānis Āboliņs – Aizbalts, van driver (20), Aldis Kalniņš, Team Leader (20), Andris Liniņš, Construction Foreman (20), Oļegs Vasiļenko, Head of the Automation Group Programming Division (20), Aija Balode, Technical Assistant of the Construction Department (25).
Overall, Moduls Engineering employs more than 100 employees, who work in the power supply, low-current network, water supply, heat supply, construction and service teams on a daily basis.
Moduls Engineering is a part of the JSC (AS) MN Holding group of companies, and 2021 is the company’s 27th year of operation. Over these years, the company has grown from a trader of light elements to one of the leading construction companies in the engineering and electrotechnical networks segment.
